Contrast Study of Precision Shear Spinning Liner and Extrusion Liner

The process characteristic of precision shear spinning and extrusion were introduced briefly in the first part of this article,and then liners were manufactured by the two kinds of processes,contrast penetration experiment were carried through both at long stand-off and practical stand-off.The result of experiment showed that liners been formed of two kinds of processes could meet the requirement both for penetration depth and penetration stability.For the aspect of manufacture efficiency,shear spinning process of liner has some merits than that of extrusion process.
