A Sociological Property of Drugs Acceptance of Users of Alcohol and Other Drugs among University Undergraduates
1977

Student users of the drugs most established in the general society--alcohol and nicotine--were more accepted by their peers than were users of other drugs. Implications for prevention are discussed.
