The invention discloses a preparation method of lignocellulose for synthetic leather. The method comprises the following steps of: taking wastes or leftovers processed in a wood plate industry (such as sanding powder, sawdust, wood shavings and the like) as raw materials, and performing dry bleaching, surface processing, air-drying, grinding and screening to obtain a lignocellulose product with controllable color and controllable expansion degree. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the wastes in the wood plate processing industry are taken as the raw materials, the utilization efficiency of resources is improved, and the production cost of the synthetic leather can be simultaneously reduced. A bleaching method is simple to operate, and different products can be obtained by controlling process parameters and can be applied to different synthetic leather fields.
