Capacitive sensing touch desktop cover board and panel computer in jogged fit with same

The invention relates to a capacitive sensing touch desktop cover board. The cover board comprises a fixed frame, a transparent panel and a capacitive touch sensing device, wherein the transparent panel is arranged above the fixed frame; the capacitive touch sensing device is arranged below the transparent panel; a panel display device is fixed on the fixed frame in a jogged way; and a display surface of the panel display device is positioned below the transparent panel. The invention also relates to a panel computer in jogged fit with the capacitive sensing touch desktop cover board. By adopting the capacitive sensing touch desktop cover board and the panel computer in jogged fit with the capacitive sensing touch desktop cover board, the panel computer can be integrated with the desktop cover board; by connecting the capacitive touch sensing device with the panel computer, the desktop cover board is used as a touch input device of the panel computer so as to assemble a desktop multimedia interface and widen the using mode of the panel computer; and simultaneously, the capacitive sensing touch desktop cover board can be applied to desktops which are made of any material and have any size, and has functions of a common desktop.
