Novel modularized semiconductor laser side-pump module

The invention provides a novel modularized semiconductor laser side-pump module. A plurality of semiconductor laser side-pump units adopt the center of an annular water supply heat sink ring as a center axis and are superimposed along the axial direction to form the modularized semiconductor laser side-pump module. By adopting the modularized design structure, the quantity of the semiconductor lasers can be flexibly adjusted according to the power demand; and additionally, two adjacent side-pump units are arranged in an alternating manner, so that laser beams entering a laser crystal are arranged in an alternating manner, the uniformity and the pumping efficiency of a solid laser can be remarkably improved.
