전문대학 항공서비스 전공자의 진로장벽이 역기능적 진로사고에 미치는 영향 :학년 간의 쌍대비교를 중심으로

2014
The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze what determinants are to the dysfunctional career-thought of aviation service department college students. Specially, it focused on the causal relationship of a freshmen and a sophomore at a statistically significant level. The participants (N=330) were chosen from aviation service related departments from four different colleges in Korea. The major results were as follows. First, factors such as parent’s objection, lack of career background, lack of interest, anxiety for the future, interpersonal relationship difficulty showed a positive effect on the dysfunctional career-thought according to the effect size whereas the physical inferiority complex showed a negative effect. Second, although the determinant difference based on simple comparison of grade level showed that physical inferiority complex and interpersonal relationship difficulty were seemingly different, a regression coefficient of lack of interest and anxiety for the future showed a significant difference at the pairwise comparison to investigate the statistical significance. Finally, the implication of this result was discussed and the limitation and future implication of this study were suggested in the end.
