The invention provides an intelligent detection system capable of rapidly detecting microcystins in a water body in real time. The intelligent detection system comprises the following main parts: a sensing probe, an automatic sampling system, a data acquisition module, a data processing module, a data output module, a control module, a terminal unit, etc. According to the invention, the automatic sampling system acquires water samples from a plurality of sampling points of a water body and conveys the water samples to a sample pool; the sensing probe responds to the concentration of microcystins in the sample pool and converts a chemical signal resulting from concentration changes into an electrical signal; the signal processing module processes the electrical signal and converts the electrical signal into a digital signal; and the digital signal reaches the terminal unit via the signal output module and is displayed on the terminal unit. The system can carry out real-time positioning on the sampling points and realize wireless transmission and remote control of information; and remote and intelligent analysis and detection of microcystins in the water body can be realized by using the intelligent microcystin detection system.
