Implementation and Analysis of Virtual Multiple Input Multiple Output System

Virtual Multiple Input Multiple Output (VMIMO) system greatly improves the spatial diversity without additional burden of hardware in the form of trans-receiver. In this paper, VMIMO was analyzed over wireless network. The average power was calculated for a VMIMO system. The outage probability and channel capacity were plotted as a function of it in MATLAB software. It is concluded that as the value of average power (Pavg) increases, the value of probability function decreases, resulting in the proper operation of the system due to high total average power and lower outage probability.
