[Non-clostridial anaerobic infection in complicated cholecystitis].

1986
: Results of bacteriological investigations and treatment of 112 patients with complicated forms of acute cholecystitis are described. It was found that in complicated forms of acute cholecystitis an important part was played by associations of bacteria among which neclostridial anaerobes were of leading importance responsible for the aggravation of the inflammatory process and course of the postoperative period. The intracholedochal antibacterial therapy with Dioxidin in combination with antibiotics is thought to be expedient.
