Method and film for fixing an appliance, in particular for medical purposes, on an external portion of a living body, and apparatus provided with such a film

The invention concerns a film (1) for fixing an equipment, in particular for medical use, on an external part of a living body, said film (1) being coated on one first side (4) with an adhesive layer (7) for being fixed on the external part and being fixed, on the other side (6), to the equipment. The invention is characterised in that said first side (4) includes recesses (2) uniformly distributed thereon to constitute a first locally discontinuous adhesive interface between the film (1) and the adhesive layer (7). The invention is useful is particular for fixing a pouch for collecting physiological effluents on the abdomen of a patient having undergone an ostomy.
