The importance of business climate indicators as a determinant of inflows of net FDI flows has attracted attention in determining their relationship. This article aims to identify the impact of the business climate, measured by the Doing Business index, on the net inflows of Moroccan FDI in the countries of Sub-Saharan Africa. In our study, we conducted a panel econometric analysis (the random / fixed effects method and POLS) was used to identify empirical relation ships between DB indicators and FDI. This study covers seventeen sub-Saharan economies (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Mali, Mauritius, Niger, Nigeria, Central African Republic, Senegal, Tanzania, Chad and Togo) for the period 2004-2017.
