Bandwidth saving method based on pitch period of AMR-WB

Congestion of mobile network influenced data communication on quality and stability. This paper proposed an information hiding algorithm for speech encoding without any modification on hardware or protocol, in order to reduce bandwidth of mobile network. Simulation experiments showed that compression of speech in encoding could save 12% of bandwidth, which alleviated the congestion of mobile network.
