The invention discloses an automatic heating effect compensation device for a solid laser. Sealing sleeves (1) are jacketed on the two ends of a laser crystal (6); the sealing sleeves (1) are respectively filled with an optical matching liquid (2); one ends of the sealing sleeves (1) filled with an optical matching liquid (2) are sleeved on the end parts of the laser crystal (6) in a clamping manner; seal windows (3) are arranged at the other ends of the sealing sleeves (1); the seal windows (3) are calcium fluoride windows or silicon tetrachloride windows; the type of the optical matching liquid is Refractive Index (Matching) Liquids; the length of the sealing sleeves (1) sleeved on the end parts of the laser crystal (6) is no less than 3 mm; the distance between the two end faces of the laser crystal (6) and the seal windows (3) is no more than 50 mm; a communication pipeline (4) is arranged between the sealing sleeves (1) jacketed on the two ends of the laser crystal (6); and laser antireflection films are coated on the seal windows (3). The automatic heating effect compensation device for the solid laser can carry out automatic compensation on thermal lens effect on the two end faces of the laser crystal (6) and can be widely applied to high-power solid lasers.
