Compared the Efficiency of Different Treatments for Unexplained Repeated Spontaneous Abortion

Objectives Compare the clinical efficiency of injecting lymph cell for the active immunotherapy,injecting gamma globulin for passive immunotherapy,injecting HCG for conservative therapy in treating unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion; explorer the effective treatments for treating unexplained recurrent miscarriage. Methods 120 patients with primary unexplained habitual abortion patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.A group of 40 patients receiving active immunotherapy of lymph injection; B group 40 cases receiving passive immunotherapy of gamma globulin injection; C group 40 cases receiving HCG conservative treatment. Results Group A of successful pregnancy after treatment was 90.0%,group B was 85.0%,group C was 27.5%.The difference between group A and group B was signifi cant (P0.05); The difference between group B and group C was signifi cant (P0.05); The difference between group B and group C was insignifi cant (P0.05). Conclusions The lymph cell injection of active immunotherapy and gamma globulin injection of passive immunotherapy are signifi cant effect in treating unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,both of them are signifi cantly higher than the effi ciency of conservative treatment.
