Method, device and system for pre-pushing cellular broadcast fusion

Disclosed are a charging method and a device based on cellular broadcast coordinated transmission, relating to the field of communications, and charging is performed according to the service volume used by a terminal to realize reasonable charging on cellular broadcast fusion transmission. The method provided in the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a terminal counts the service data volume transmitted to an application layer of the terminal by a pre-push receiving cache of the terminal, and generates service volume usage information; the terminal sends the service volume usage information to a gateway so that the gateway generates service volume charging information according to the service volume usage information about the terminal, and sends the service volume charging information to a charging unit, thereby enabling the charging unit to perform charging according to the service volume charging information.
