General Study of Carrying on Counselor Work in Vocational College under New Situation

This article shows that the government attaches importance to the developing of high-level professional colleges and universities. As the universities expand year by year, the developing of market economy and the change from "the outstanding person educated" to "the popular education", the university students are now under the new situation which may have negative influence for students to set up correct outlook on the life, the values and the world. This article discussed how to complete the instructors' work from the analysis of the characteristic of high-level professional colleges and universities under the new situation.
