Plug connector assembly and manufacturing method

The invention discloses a plug connector assembly and a manufacturing method thereof. The plug connector assembly can be cooperated with a butt joint connector. The plug connector assembly comprises a butt joint member, a cable electrically connected with the butt joint member, an inner module which is formed outside the cable and the butt joint member, and a stress release member which is formed outside the inner module and the cable. A recessed part is arranged outside the inner module. The stress release member comprises a protrusion part which is arranged to fill the recessed part. The cable of the plug connector assembly is strong in drawing force resistance, and the process for manufacturing the plug connector assembly is simple.
