The invention discloses a heat accumulation heat reservoir for a heat collector, which is used for collecting and using heat. The heat accumulation heat reservoir is characterized by comprising a heat-insulating shell a, a heat-conducting oil inlet/output pipe b and a water or air inlet/outlet pipe c, wherein a phase-change heat storage material is arranged in the heat-insulating shell; the heat-conducting oil inlet/output pipe is used for collecting heat energy from an external heat source for heating the phase-change heat storage material; the water or air inlet/outlet pipe is used for absorbing heat energy from the phase-change heat storage material; the heat-insulating shell is provided with an inlet and an outlet of the heat-conducting oil inlet/output pipe, and an inlet and an outlet of the water or air inlet/outlet pipe. An electrical auxiliary heating device is arranged in the heat-conducting oil inlet/output pipe; a valve(s) is/are arranged at the inlet and/or the outlet of the water or air inlet/outlet pipe; a pressure-reducing branch is arranged on the water or air inlet/outlet pipe; a pressure-reducing valve is used for controlling the opening/closing of the pressure-reducing branch; the inlet and outlets of the water or air inlet/outlet pipe and the pressure-reducing branch pass through the heat-insulating shell; the inlet and outlet valves and the pressure-reducing valve can be placed on the outer wall of the heat-insulating shell.
