Effect of procaterol on the isolated airway smooth muscle and the release of anaphylactic chemical mediators from the isolated lung fragments.

In this paper, the effects of procaterol on the airway smooth muscle of the guinea-pig and human, and on the release of anaphylactic chemical mediators from human lung fragments were investigated and compared with those of known β-stimulants, isoprenaline and salbutamol.
