In the article authors submit infrequent observation development of torsion and necrosis of the cyst of mesentery of ileal intestine with development of intestinal obstruction at the two-year-old boy who a long time was treated is out-patient concerning intestinal infection contamination. Authors analyze the causes of diagnostic mistakes and references on early diagnostics and well-timed treatment of the given pathology at children till 3rd years are yielded. Observation is of interest both for surgeons, and for pediatrists.
