Experience of regulation on teaching pharmaceutical trainees in hospital

According to the development of modern hospital pharmacy and characteristics of hospital pharmacy,the experience of teaching pharmaceutical trainees was summarized,and the method of teaching was explored.It is reasonable that management of the trainees was strengthened so as to improve the level of teaching.
