A notion of contage tubercular was found to 18 (25.3 %) patients. All the patient RMT had histories of treatment including aminoside of duration 2-month-old superior. The tolerance of the treatment was brought back at 57 patient's, prevailing at 30 in 39 years and at the co-infected subjects Tuberculosis / HIV. The neurological infringements (47.9 %) and psychiatric (47.9 %) were the most represented. The affected hallway and of the cochlear was 42.3 % with 18.3 % of total deafness. Therapeutic modifications were made further to the occurrence of intolerant side effects, even grave and a symptomatic treatment was made in certain cases. Conclusion: The intolerance of the antituberculous treatment of the second line is real one obsession for the clinician.
