The dissociation of resorcinol in a melt of a coal pitch

2001
The version that phenols in a melt of a coal pitch behave like proton-donor substances dissociating completely by a heterolytic scheme is considered for the example of diatomic phenol (resorcinol). A previously advanced view on the electrodiffusion of H + in the electrical double layer at the interface of the carbon filler-coal pitch melt in the low-temperature stage of sintering was confirmed experimentally.
