A multi layered wound dressing comprising: a first layer of a first non-textile material comprising tejidoabsorbible consist of polymers or copolymers of one or aliphatic polyester selected masmonomeros the group consisting of lactic acid lactide fibers (including L-, D- , meso and D, L mixtures), glycolic acid, glycolide, α-caprolactone, p-dioxanone and trimethylene carbonate; and a second layer of a textile fabric or absorbable segundomaterial point comprising oxidized polysaccharides, wherein said first absorbable nonwoven materialtextil contains thrombin and fibrinogen.
