The invention discloses a design structure of a universal three-phase motor controller. The design structure comprises a weak-current control circuit and a high-current power circuit, wherein the weak-current control circuit comprises a microprocessor into which a control module is embedded; the control module integrates a three-phase asynchronous motor, a three-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor, a three-phase brushless direct-current motor and a three-phase switch magnetoresistive motor control module; the high-current power circuit is of a topological structure of which each phase is connected with a power loop through a switch structure respectively; and the topological structure can be adapted to each type of motor through selecting the states of the switch structures. Through the design structure of the universal three-phase motor controller, the traditional scheme that one type of motor is adapted to one special controller is broken through, the same controller is adopted for different types of motors of which the main index parameters, such as power and rotation speed, are in the same level, i.e. the controller is not replaced by only selecting the type of the motor when the motor is replaced, the cost is saved, and the design structure is simple and feasible.
