Electrodeposition of Nanostructured Silicon Coatings onto Different Materials from Halide and Halide–Oxide Melts

Adherent nanostructured silicon coatings were electrodeposited onto different materials, and their morphology was investigated depending on the electrodeposition conditions. Nodular or dendritic structures appeared in these coatings with electrolysis prolongation. Obtained silicon purity degree was suitable for its use in solar cell production.
