Application of morin in preparation of drugs for resisting swine streptococcicosis

The invention provides application of morin in preparation of drugs for resisting swine streptococcicosis and provides novel medical use of the morin in the preparation of the drugs for resisting the swine streptococcicosis. Proven by domestic-rabbit red blood cell hemolytic tests, macrophage (J774) injury protection tests, bacterium transmembrane experiments and mouse streptococcus suis infection therapeutic action tests, the morin has a relatively good treatment effect on streptococcus suis infections. According to the application, the aim of treating the swine streptococcicosis is achieved through inhibiting the pathogenicity of streptococcus suis by the morin; compared with treatment using the traditional antibiotics, the treatment using the morin has the advantages of no drug resistance and high cure rate. The morin can be applied to the development of new drugs for resisting the streptococcus suis infections and has an important significance in confirming targets of the drugs.
