The present invention relates to a radiation resistance and radiation prevention combined imaging light path structure. The radiation resistance and radiation prevention combined imaging light path structure is characterized in that a protective frame for fixing the light path structure can form an L-shaped light path channel formed by a vertical channel and a horizontal channel communicated with the bottom of the vertical channel; an opening formed at the right side of the upper part of the vertical channel is adopted as a light path channel inlet; an opening formed at the right side of the lower part of the vertical channel is adopted as a horizontal channel light path inlet; the surface of the protective frame is provided with an radiation prevention protective layer which is formed through lead casting and molding ; in the L-shaped light path channel, emergent light C parallel to incident light is formed by a first plane reflecting mirror and a second plane reflecting mirror; the optical axis of a radiation resistance imaging lens is overlapped with the emergent light C; and signal transmission is carried out between the radiation resistance imaging lens and a CCD camera through a radiation resistance optical fiber image transmitting bundle. In an intense radiation environment, the imaging components and image devices of the radiation resistance and radiation prevention combined imaging light path structure can keep long-time stable operation.
