Abcesul endocranian - complicaţie severă în patologia supurativă otică

The chronic middle ear infections are still a life threatening complication, regardless of the modern means of diagnosis and the use of broad spectrum antibiotics which have become more accessible. As study material, we used the authors’ personal clinical cases of middle ear infections complicated with endocranial abscesses. The authors suggest a diagnosis and treatament protocole by presenting two clinical cases with pictures.
