HPLC determination of related substances of Chlophenamine Maleate tablets (CPM).

Obejective:To establish HPLC method for determination of related substances of CPM.Method:The HPLC method for determination of related substances of CPM was achieved on a C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,particle diameter:5μm)using a binary mixture of methanol and 0.03mol/l Potassium dihydrogen Phosphate(70:30) as mobile phase delivered at 0.7ml/min.The single wavelength detection was at 262nm.Results:The related substances content results of the three batches samples(080201,080202,080203) is respectively 0.14%,0.10%,0.09%.Conclusion:The method used to determinate the related substances of CPM is convenient and sensitive 。
