The pipelines are coaxially arranged in a pipe-in-pipe mode. The periphery of the oil pipeline is provided with the kiln head internal air pipeline. The periphery of the kiln head internal air pipeline is provided with the kiln head coal bed flow pipeline. The periphery of the kiln head coal bed flow pipeline is provided with the kiln head outer layer pipeline. The periphery of the kiln head outer layer pipeline is provided with kiln head refractory concrete. The outlet ends of all the pipelines are flush with an outlet of the kiln head internal air pipeline, the outlet of the kiln head internal air pipeline is a main outlet of the kiln combustor, and an outlet of the kiln head oil pipeline is provided with an oil spraying nozzle; a kiln head oxygen enrichment air channel is arranged between an opening of the kiln head outer layer air inlet pipeline and the opening of the kiln head internal air inlet pipeline, and an air inlet for oxygen enrichment is reserved at the end of the kiln head oxygen enrichment air channel pipeline in the opening of the kiln head outer layer air inlet pipeline. More sufficient enriched oxygen is provided for oxygen-enriched combustion of coal dust, the combustion speed of the coal dust is increased, the level of the temperature field in a furnace is increased, fuel is combusted more completely, NOx emission is reduced, and NOx emission is reduced by 35%.
