Ubiquitous computing is characterized by the technology embedded in everyday devices, changing the way users interact with applications. This paper presents an impact analysis of scale, context, transparency and privacy and its implications for the field of Human-Computer Interaction, presenting also examples of commercial applications and suggestions for the Brazilian market.
