Time-resolved fluorescence measurement based on spectroscopy and DSP techniques for Bi/Er codoped fibre characterisation

We propose a novel method of combining time-resolved / spectroscopic and DSP techniques for fluorescence lifetime measurement. The lifetime of Bi/Er codoped fibre is determined with good accuracy over a range of emission wavelengths.
