Study on temperature adjustment system of intelligent shore-based electrical cabinet and its control

As an important part of the shore power supply system, Intelligent Shore-based Electrical Cabinet (ISEC) is working outdoors at the port. Its cabinet needs to meet some protection level requirements. At the same time, the cabinet usually has a problem of heat-dissipation. In this paper, a solution to the problem of heat-dissipation in electrical cabinet under high temperature environment is proposed. In the design, some new mainly measures are proposed, such as the design of the innovative cabinet, temperature adjustment system and the optimizing of the electrical geometrical layout. Through the above measures, not only the electrical cabinet can be guaranteed to a certain level of protection, but the air temperature in the cabinet can be stabilized within the setting temperature range. By nearly two-month actual test in Wuhan Jinkou port, the temperature adjustment system of the electrical pile has both good practicability and reliability.
