Analysis and modeling of nonlinear radio over fiber system

After introducing the configuration and analyzing the nonlinear distortion of the radio-over-fiber (ROF) system, the Volterra series is proposed to model the system. In this paper, the ROF system is described with Volterra series, and the adaptive algorithm LMS and RLS for identify Volterra kernel are studied. A simulation is given, which use both Volterra LMS and Volterra RLS to model an nonlinear ROF system, and indicates that the method in this paper is efficient.
