Chapter 6f – Approach to Clinical Management

Abstract Since Aneurysms-Osteoarthritis syndrome has only been discovered recently and the full spectrum of the disease is not yet entirely elucidated, inevitably current clinical recommendations are mainly based on multidisciplinary expert consensus. This chapter proposes an approach for screening and clinical follow-up that takes into account all the available knowledge thus far.
