ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTIES OF NATURAL PELOIDS

Antioxidant properties of natural peloids are caused by presence of enzymes and vitamins in them. We studied the enzymatic activity of peroxidase of peloids of Kuyalnik estuary, Saki Lake and the Dead Sea. Concentration of ascorbic acid in samples of peloids is determined.
