Method for manufacturing Z-pin reinforced carbon/carbon composite prefabricated part and Z-pin freezing pultrusion and implantation integrated machine

2011
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Z-pin reinforced carbon/carbon composite prefabricated part and a Z-pin freezing pultrusion and implantation integrated machine and belongs to the technical field of carbon/carbon composite reinforcement. The method comprises the following steps of: infiltrating carbon fibers with a medium which has the boiling temperature lower than the lowest carbonization temperature of the carbon fibers and cannot react with the carbon fibers; then freezing the fibers infiltrated with the medium under the condition of ultralow temperature to prepare a Z-pin; implanting the frozen Z-pin into carbon fiber woven cloth; and finally, according to the physical properties of the infiltrating medium, ensuring the medium in the Z-pin in the Z-pin reinforcedcarbon fiber woven cloth to be completely volatilized under the decompression condition or also by an auxiliary heating mode. Due to the adoption of the method, the problem that the carbon fibers in the three-dimensional reinforcement are easy to damage in the process of being implanted into the carbon fiber woven cloth is solved, the pure fiber Z-pin is ensured to be successfully implanted, the defects of easiness for layering, poor impact resistance and the like of a fiber three-dimensional reinforced hollow composite are also overcome, and the technical support is provided for application of the composite to the aeronautics and astronautics.
