Consciousness promoted rehabilitation nursing on patients of minimally conscious state

Objective explore the nursing awaking in a minimally conscious state of patients in effect.Method On the diagnosis of the minimally conscious state of patients given regular rehabilitation nursing and home nursing personnel and guidance,training,evaluation of nursing effect.Result The minimally conscious state in patients with early return home,improve living quality of patients,reduce the economic burden,prolong the patient's life.Conclusion As the community rehabilitation in orderly,minimally conscious state in patients with familial rehabilitation nursing and guidance is effective and feasible.
