Sites of Specific Antibody Production after Injection of Human Serum Albumin (HSA) in Complete Freund-type Adjuvant in the Chicken

This work was undertaken during an investigation into the effects of various adjuvants on the immune response in the chicken following intravenous or intramuscular injection of Human Serum Albumin (HSA). Site of antibody formation in various tissues were examined in relation to the circulating antibody response.
