Once the problem is known, a feasibility study is proposed to implement a barber shop service, thus in the first instance the theoretical foundations are defined. They will allow the researcher to be clear about the perspective of the study variables, after which a methodological framework is made, which allows to know the type of tool that will be applied to know the valid data of the target market, in this way a survey which was aimed at a population of 15 years and over 65 years of age of male gender, a market study was also carried out that through the analysis of the projection of demand and supply, the unsatisfied demand is determined, with the which is maintained that there is a market to be covered with a new service. After which a technical study and organization is carried out which allows identifying the infrastructure and equipment, which will be counted on to provide a quality service, in the same way legally the company will be constituted as a natural person under the rules of the Metropolitan District of Quito, finally a financial study is carried out, through of the indicators such as the Net Present Value (NPV) and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), the feasibility of the project for its implementation within a current market that is highly competitive could be known.
