Monitoring CO2 Injection at the Tomakomai Field Using High-sensitivity Continuous Gravimetry
2017
Abstract Click At the Tomakomai CCS test site, baseline measurements was started using a superconducting gravimeter (SG) in March 2015. The observation site located approximately 50m from the seashore. This is the closest installation of any SG to the sea in the world. Despite the large amplitude of high frequency noise, the quality of the long period signal appeared to be good. Generally the quality of the baseline data at the site appeared to be good in spite of the severe conditions which often occur at seashore.
