Propuesta de indicadores para la gestión de generalización en la provincia Holguín.

Technology transfer has become a vastly valuable tool to contribute to the development and growth of the various sectors of society. The generalization of results as a process of vertical transfer of technologies is established as the main tool to assimilate and implement any useful results generated in or outside the country which favors and promotes the need for the application of the results. The objective of the present research is to propose indicators that allow evaluating the management of the process of generalization of the results within the System of Science, Technology and Innovation of Holguin Province. The indicators designed generate useful information that allows for better decision making, planning with greater certainty and reliability, more accurately discerning opportunities for improvement of the process, and explaining, analyzing and assessing the level of achievement of objectives.
