Опыт работы курса психиатрии института усовершенствования врачей Чувашии

Five years' experience of postdiploma education of medical doctors in field of psychiatry (with accents in addictology or psychotherapy) which is gained by the department of psychiatry of the Chuvash Institute for postdiploma medical education is described in the paper. Staffing policy and future prospects are identified.
