Pressure-bearing sleeve protection packer

The invention provides a pressure-bearing sleeve protection packer which is designed for improving the sealing performance of a pressure-bearing sleeve protection packer in a directional well. A centering device is additionally arranged, and after setting, four centering balls protrude out of a packer body to be supported on the sleeve wall, so that the packer is centered, the periphery of a sealing rubber cylinder is evenly stressed, and creep of a pipe column is reduced. A pressure-bearing rubber cylinder device is additionally arranged, and after setting, the pressure-bearing rubber cylinder moves upwards, disengages from a pressing cylinder and stretches under the elasticity of the rubber cylinder to be supported on the sleeve wall in an inverted horn mouth mode, so that damage of water injection pressure fluctuation to the sealing rubber cylinder is isolated, and the sealing performance of the sleeve protection packer is substantially improved; a locking block anchors an outer cylinder actively, so that it is avoided that a setting release pin is sheared in water injection, and it is also avoided that setting release occurs due to creep of the packer; meanwhile, a dual-hydraulic setting working mode is adopted for the packer, so that the packer has the functions of reliable setting, setting self-locking and inverse well washing.
