Partition management is according to academic zoning,classification the students of the class,in every area by poor performance and reasonable allocation,and then fixed into a region.In this paper,textbooks and teaching English with a regional management model to explore the implementation in each region to excellent with a difference,and promoting transit excellent way to promote the scientific management.
