Redundant emergency tripping system of steam turbine

2012
The invention provides a redundant emergency tripping system of a steam turbine, relating to the technical field of the steam turbine, and solving the problems about improving reliability and expanding the types of monitoring signals. The steam turbine is provided with at least one tripping solenoid valve for controlling the opening and closing of a steam inlet valve of the steam turbine; and under an emergency situation, the tripping solenoid valve is used for rapidly closing the steam inlet valve of the steam turbine. The system comprises a redundant controller, a plurality of constant-value comparators, signal distributors and voters, wherein the output end of each voter is connected with the corresponding tripping solenoid valve; all the constant-value comparator and all the signal distributors are divided into a plurality of groups according as multiple constant-value comparators and multiple signal distributors constitute one group; the output end of each constant-value comparator is connected with the input end of each voter; the output end of each signal distributor is connected with the input end of each voter; and the redundant controller is connected with each constant-value comparator, each signal distributor and each voter through the Ethernet network. The system provided by the invention is applicable for emergent interruption control on the steam turbine.
