What Attracts Chinese Customers to Repurchase Korean Cosmetics

This study is to investigate the extent of influence of Korean wave and perceived quality of cosmetics on customer satisfaction and repurchase in- tention, and then to figure out the extent of the impact of moderating effect of lifestyle on the relationship between the customer satisfaction and repurchase intention as well. To achieve the goal of the study, survey was conducted through Internet and collected data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0. This empirical result suggests that Korean wave and perceived quality fac- tors except promotion factor were identified to have positive influence on cus- tomer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The moderating effect of lifestyle on the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention was confirmed as well.
