The burdock is refrigerated and air-dried in the cold storage and can not be influenced by pollution of dust of indoor and outdoor environments; and the refrigerated burdock is saccharified, and the prepared burdock has faint scent and mellow taste; and since the burdock slices are dried by using the kang, ash stains on the burdock caused by stir-frying in a stir-frying pan are avoided, and the color of the burdock slices is guaranteed.
