Влияние ципрофибрата на показатели липидного обмена у больных ишемической болезнью сердца

To study the influence of ciprofibrate on lipid metabolism the monitoring of lipid spectra of the plasma and high density lipoproteins (HDL) in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) was carried out. We compared the indices with the group of normal people in 21 days and 3 months of the preparation intake. The lipid status in the patients with IHD before the treatment was: hyperlipidemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia, decrease of the processes of esterification of cholesterol in the plasma and oxidizing ability of the lipids, destabilization of the lipid structure of the nucleus and the superficial layer of HDL. In 21 days of the treatment the autoregulatory level of lipids that is close to that of normal people is formed. In 3 months it remains the same. Optimization of the lipid structure of HDL creates conditions for the increase of the reverse cholesterol transport into the liver
